The industrial cluster spans an area of 74.88 hectares, located in Thái Long Commune and Đội Cấn Ward. The infrastructure development for the cluster will be managed by LLN An Hòa Investment Joint Stock Company.
The total estimated investment for infrastructure development is 662.506 billion VND, divided into three phases: Phase 1: From Q1 to Q4 of 2025, the focus will be on constructing essential facilities, including a water supply system, three centralized wastewater treatment plants, an operations center, and other technical infrastructure such as power supply, internal roads, parking areas, greenery, and more. This phase will also invite investors. Phase 2: From Q1 2026 to Q2 2027, the comprehensive development of the cluster’s technical infrastructure will continue. Phase 3: From Q3 2027 to Q2 2028, the remaining 22.72 hectares will be fully developed, with an estimated investment of 182.5 billion VND.
The provincial People’s Committee has tasked the Department of Industry and Trade and the Tuyên Quang City People’s Committee with overseeing the industrial cluster's operations in compliance with current state regulations. Relevant departments and agencies, including Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Construction, and the Provincial Tax Department, are responsible for guiding the investor on procedural matters related to planning, land use, construction, environmental management, financial obligations, and other project-related requirements.
