Vocational training in Tuyen Quang College of Engineering and Technology
According to the Action Program, by 2030, Tuyên Quang Province aims for 100% of communes meeting new-style rural standards to fulfill labor criteria. Specific goals include: Over 70% of the rural labor force having undergone vocational training. At least 20% holding professional qualifications or certifications.
To ensure in-depth, effective, and sustainable vocational training for rural laborers, the Standing Committee has outlined 05 key tasks and solutions: Enhance guidance and coordination in vocational training for rural laborers; innovate and improve vocational training quality; increase public understanding of the importance of vocational training; focus on equipping rural workers with digital competencies and modern production techniques; encourage investment and resource allocation for vocational education infrastructure and programs.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has instructed Party agencies, and socio-political organizations to thoroughly understand and adhere to the Action Program. Each unit is required to develop specific plans and programs tailored to its functions and responsibilities, ensuring effective implementation.
Regular inspection and supervision will be conducted to timely adjust policies, ensuring the highest effectiveness in vocational training for rural laborers.
