The plan sets several specific targets for 2025, including achieving a Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) score of over 68.5 points, ranking Tuyên Quang in the “fairly competitive” group nationwide. The Provincial Green Index (PGI) is targeted to exceed 23.3 points. Additionally, the province aims to establish over 350 new businesses, bringing the total number of enterprises in Tuyên Quang to more than 3,000.
To achieve these goals, the plan focuses on key measures such as removing obstacles for businesses, streamlining administrative procedures, improving government management efficiency, and accelerating digital transformation. It also prioritizes enhancing the business environment, supporting enterprises in innovation, expanding market access, and improving labor productivity.
The People’s Committee has requested that all implementation efforts must align with the Government’s Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP. Leaders of departments, agencies, districts, and the city must take responsibility, clearly define their tasks, and ensure synchronized and effective execution of these solutions to foster a dynamic and competitive business climate in Tuyên Quang.
