100% of residential groups in Phan Thiet, Tan Quang, Minh Xuan wards have proposed initiatives to protect the festival environment to be clean and bright; develop ideas and implement impressive decorations on roads, alleys, and streets in the area. In 2024, Tuyen Quang province will organize the Thanh Tuyen Festival with many unique and attractive cultural, sports and tourism activities, which are carefully and meticulously prepared, notably: The Festival to perform representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity and the Thanh Tuyen Festival 2024, with the theme "The quintessence converges and shines", will take place from 8:00 p.m. on September 13, 2025, at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Tuyen Quang city on an international scale. The program has the participation and performance of 06 Vietnamese heritages and 02 foreign heritages that have been recognized by UNESCO in the list of representative intangible cultural heritages of humanity such as: Don ca tai tu; Bai choi art; Hue royal court music; Gong cultural space; Quan ho folk songs; Then singing, Tinh lute and 02 foreign heritages.
This year's Thanh Tuyen Festival Night Program with the theme "Sparkling colors of Thanh Tuyen Festival Night" was held at 8:10 p.m. on September 14 (Saturday, August 12 of the lunar calendar), at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square; with the participation of many children in the country and famous Vietnamese artists and singers, and especially the parade of over 100 giant mid-autumn lantern models and colorful mini mid-autumn lanterns.
