The conference served as a platform for Vietnam to communicate its vision of “cooperating and developing together” with international Halal partners. The aim is to leverage Vietnam's unique strengths and competitive advantages to contribute significantly to the global Halal industry.

Tuyen Quang province has already exported some products to Halal markets, including green and black tea. Additionally, potential export items such as honey, grapefruit, tea, papaya flowers soaked in honey, dried bananas, lemon syrup, calamondin syrup, and melons were highlighted. Key export destinations include Afghanistan, Pakistan, the USA, Russia, the Netherlands, Taiwan, Iran, Indonesia, Brazil, China, Malaysia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.
During the conference, Prime Minister Chính emphasized the importance of connecting Vietnamese culture and people with the global community. He highlighted the need for the robust, comprehensive, and professional development of Vietnam's Halal industry. The Prime Minister also noted that the Halal market presents new business and investment opportunities worldwide, particularly through international cooperation.
In line with this vision, Vietnam aims to establish its Halal industry as a significant economic sector, playing a crucial role in fostering global economic collaboration. It seeks to advance its Halal sector, striving not only to catch up but to exceed global standards. Efforts will focus on strengthening negotiations for Halal cooperation agreements, attracting international investments in related fields, and promoting Vietnamese Halal products to build a brand that resonates on the global stage. Additionally, cultural and gastronomic exchanges are encouraged to connect diverse communities, fostering mutual support and collective growth.
