Wood processing from plantation forests, a key industry, will be prioritized for development within the cluster.
The Xuân Vân Industrial Cluster will be developed with a comprehensive infrastructure system, including transportation, water supply and drainage, electricity, telecommunications, fire prevention, and other essential utilities. The project will be implemented in two phases: Phase 1 (From now – 2027): Construction of key infrastructure, including environmental treatment systems (wastewater treatment facilities), fire prevention systems, clean water supply, roads, electricity, public facilities, the cluster management office, parking areas, and service offices on approximately 20 hectares. Phase 2 (From 2027 Onward): Completion of technical infrastructure across the remaining 30 hectares.
The Xuân Vân Industrial Cluster will focus on industries such as agricultural product processing, biomass energy, textiles and footwear, furniture manufacturing, and other industrial sectors. The establishment of this industrial cluster is expected to harness local potential and advantages, boost economic development in the upper region of Yên Sơn District, and create numerous job opportunities for local workers.
